Refund policy
All claims/death on arrival are to be reported on phone immediately by unboxing videos and pics. Report immediately through call and raise the ticket with the below details. Products damages can either Refunded or Replace in next order.

At the time of delivery itself customer should take unboxing video for claiming refund
Defective product will be either refunded or resend in the next order (except the products which are limited in some states).No claim request will be entertained after 3 hours of receipt of item. The images will be checked for authenticity and validity against our return policy for the claim. WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND IF ( UNEXPECTED LOCK DOWN or IF THE PARCEL IS DELAYED DUE TO NATURAL CALAMITIES LIKE FLOOD, HEAVY RAINS HAPPENS.) If the damage is caused after adding the fish in your tank, then we will not be granted a refund/replace. (Please check your water parameters before adding the fish in your tank
1. Only refunds for DOA (Death On Arrival)
2. Shipping and packing charges will not be refunded upon DOA.
3. 50% refund only shrimps, snails, Tetras, Platies
4. In case of DOA occurs, kindly take and send a Unboxing of the respective package within 1 hour. Otherwise, refunds will not be issued.
5. We prefer refunds as the first priority; otherwise, we will resend items that are dead
6. If we resend the items, the customer will bear the shipping cost. If the mistake happened
7. on our part, we will resend the items at no additional cost.

Make a unboxing video
- Avoid Cuts: Record the entire unboxing process without cuts or skips.

- Ensure Good Lighting: Choose a well-lit area to film the video.
- Show the Product: Check the product from all angles and show its condition.
